Lemon Meringue Pie

Jacob wanted a Lemon Meringue Pie. It had been a long time since I made one and I was in the baking mood, so LB & I made one for him. LB loves, Loves, LOVES baking with me -- especially if he gets to put his "Lincoln Spice" on it or lick the spoon.
